1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TonPass Wallet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TonPass Wallet is developed and operated by TON CORP.

2. Service Description

TonPass is a Telegram-native cryptocurrency wallet that enables users to manage digital assets on the TON blockchain. The Service includes wallet management, token transfers, TONX mining, token swaps, and access to the TonPass ecosystem.

3. TONX Token

TONX is the utility token of TonPass Wallet. It is used for mining rewards, booster purchases, mission rewards, transaction fee discounts, and referral rewards within the TonPass ecosystem. TONX is not affiliated with any third-party project, company, or exchange using a similar name.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • You must not use the Service for illegal activities
  • You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible

5. Risks

Cryptocurrency assets are volatile and can lose value. You acknowledge the risks inherent in using blockchain technology, including but not limited to: market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and regulatory changes. TON CORP is not liable for financial losses resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The TonPass brand, logo, and related materials are the property of TON CORP. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TON CORP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violations or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
